来法俩月又五天，终于做出了一顿比较满意的饭，耗时2小时18分。

这几天连续烧坏碗和盘子。周五的时候做叉烧肉，结果热的时间过长，从微波炉里端出来的时候肉已经黑了，碗底炸裂，浓烟噗噗往上窜，警报响个不停，隔壁意大利小哥吓得跑了出来。今天热千层面的时候又发生了类似的情况，虽然没有前天严重，但也损失了一个我很喜欢的盘子。

其实，从上到下只需要两个晚上的时间。
