就是这本书了，出版社王姐借给我看的书。那个女人让我叫她王姐或者王老师，我觉得叫王姐显得比较上道儿，像混黑帮的(:D)，就叫她王姐吧。不知道它经历了多少人之手，里面有各种涂抹和折页，所以所有者才在上面贴了“保持干净勿乱写乱画”吧。

以一个外行人来看这本书，实在是太有意思了。我随便摘录几条：

一些重要的提法要依中央的口径，如“1992年邓小平同志南方谈话”不要写为“邓小平南巡谈话”；“中共十一届三中全会”、“中共十七大”如果不涉及其他民主党派，可以写为“党的十一届三中全会”、“党的十七大”，但不要写为“中共党的十七大”；一般书稿尽可能不涉及政治方面的敏感事件、敏感人物，实在避不开时，可适当变通，如隐去敏感人物的姓名，代之以“当时的国务院领导同志”。

多个国家和地区名称连用时，应加写“国家和地区”。例如，“日本、韩国、菲律宾和中国大陆地区、中国台湾地区、中国香港地区都出现了……”，把中国降为与台湾、香港并列的地区是错误的，应改为“日本、韩国、菲律宾、中国、中国台湾地区、中国香港都出现了……”；如果论述国际金融市场时提及港、澳但不涉及国家问题，港、澳也可以不加“中国”或“地区”，如“纽约、东京、香港市场”；“台湾”与“大陆”是对应概念，“香港、澳门”与“内地”是对应概念，不得弄混。

注意政协与人大的区别。政协的成员称委员，他们向政协提交的书面意见建议叫“提案”。人大成员称代表，他们提出的意见叫“议案”。不要笼统地称“采访两会代表”、“代表提案”。

这只是冰山一角，属于“书稿内容关注点”部分的冰山一角。王姐跟我说还要看语言文字规范和校对符号用法。这一本150页的手册，比大部分小说什么的薄多了，但是看和理解起来都超级费劲，想必实操起来也不太容易吧。喟叹中：出一本书实在是太不容易了，一定要好好珍惜现在能看到的每一本书。决定以后看书，除了看作者译者，还要把编辑校对终审的名字也扫一遍，算作无声的尊敬罢。
